1. Who controls your data

2. What we collect and why
| Situation | Data | Legal basis (GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Reading the site | IP address, browser type, date and time – in server logs | Art. 6(1)(f) – security and upkeep |
| Visit statistics | page path, referrer and a daily one-way hash that separates visits – no IP address stored, no cookies | Art. 6(1)(f) – measuring our own audience |
| Emailing us | your email address and the content of your message | Art. 6(1)(f) – answering your enquiry |
The site sells nothing, takes no payments and has no user accounts.
3. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics service such as Google Analytics. That is why there is no cookie consent banner – there is nothing to consent to.
We count visits ourselves. We store the page path, the referrer and a daily cryptographic hash that lets us tell two visits apart within one day. The hash changes every day, cannot be reversed into an IP address, and cannot be used to link visits across days or across sites.
4. Processors and transfers
Only providers necessary to run the site process data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR agreements:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Lithuania, EEA) – website and email hosting
Reader data stays inside the European Economic Area. We do not sell data and we do not share it with data brokers.
Article text is processed by third-party language model providers. No reader data is sent to them – what goes to the model is a topic and an outline, never information about visitors.
5. Retention
- Server logs – up to 12 months.
- Visit statistics – aggregated indefinitely; daily hashes are useless after 24 hours and are never joined across days.
- Correspondence – until the matter is closed, then for the limitation period of any related claims.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.
To exercise any of these, write to kontakt@outspace.pl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects. The automation on this site produces articles; it does not assess readers.
