1. What this site covers
caao.io covers one job: the Chief AI Agents Officer, the executive accountable for software that acts on the company’s behalf. We work through the mandate in detail – scope, reporting line, budget ownership, what the role can stop and what it cannot – and the organisational design around it, including human oversight and where accountability sits when an agent acts unsupervised. We deal with the boundary disputes too: what stays with the CTO, what belongs to the CAIO, what a head of automation already owns. And we take the sceptical case seriously, because for most companies the correct answer today is a fractional arrangement or no such role at all.
2. Who publishes it
The publisher is Outspace sp. z o.o., ul. Ogińskiego 2, 85-092 Bydgoszcz, Poland (KRS 0000710389, NIP 9671404232).
Editorial contact: kontakt@outspace.pl.
3. How articles are produced
Content on this site is produced through an automated pipeline. Topics come from an editorial plan built around reader search demand. A language model writes each article from a prepared outline. The draft then goes through automated checks: consistency with the outline, a quality gate that rejects filler and unsupported claims, and a similarity check against everything already published across our sites, so the same material is not restated twice. Drafts that fail any of these checks are not published.
Outspace sp. z o.o. holds responsibility for the content of published material. Every article carries a note explaining how it was made. Found an error? Write to kontakt@outspace.pl – we correct the text and mark the date of the update rather than quietly swapping it.
Every figure, price and date carries a source or a verification date. Where something is unverified, we say so instead of presenting a guess as a fact.
4. What you will not find here
No articles signed with the names of people who do not exist. No invented professional experience – you will not read “in my experience” under a piece no practitioner wrote. No model-generated author portraits.
No unlabelled sponsored material. Ever.
